SYSTEMATIC TERMITE CONTROL PROGRAM

This program consists of six steps, which will provide an integrated approach to solving your termite infestation.

1. Inspection

4. Termiticide Liquid Barrier
5. Termiticide Foam
6. Termite Baits and Monitoring Stations

We first create a protective barrier along the perimeter of your structure. Performing a termiticide liquid barrier by digging a trench one foot wide and one foot deep along the perimeter of the building, application of termiticide will be applied by deep rod injection as well as drenching the complete area. This will provide a quick knockdown and kill existing termites.
Second we will install our baiting system. Here’s how it works.

Step one
Baiting stations containing monitoring devices that serve as food for termites are placed strategically around your structure.

Step Two
The stations are inspected periodically. If the monitoring device shows any signs of activity, they are replaced with termite bait.

Step Three
Termites feed on the bait and take it back to their nest. Eventually, the colony is substantially reduced or completely eliminated.

Step Four
When there is no longer termite activity in the station, your TORO service professional will replace it with another monitoring device, and continue to check it periodically.
