We are implementing procedures to reduce our office paper use and eventually go paperless. We are using e-mail to send invoices, service reports and proposals. We are accepting payments over the phone and online. All of these methods are reducing paper consumption. We have installed GPS Tracking to our entire fleet. With the use of computer routing programs we have improved scheduling and routing efficiency. As a result we are reducing our gasoline consumption are able to reduce our carbon foot print.
